Chrysler Russia Sums Up Results of the first nine months of 2008

Chrysler Russia SAO reports that sales of Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge vehicles went up by 72% for the first nine months of 2008, and 7562 units were sold, which is 72% more than in 2007. According to September total sales report, the number of Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge vehicles increased by 76% compared with the equivalent period in 2007, which is 34% more than in the entire year 2007. About one third of September sales were made due to the Chrysler Grand Voyager, Jeep Cherokee and Dodge Journey - the all-new models introduced by the Company.

The success in the Russian market is well seen compared with the other European countries. Thus, Russia went up from place 9 to 8 in the Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge sales chart in the markets outside North America, reaching Spain and leaving France, Puerto Rico, Brazil, South Africa and the Netherlands far behind.

Chrysler sales continue to grow. Over the first 9 months, sales grew by 26% compared with the corresponding period in 2007. Total sales were 1,233 units of this brand for this period. Serious support to the brand was from the Chrysler Grand Voyager, which combines the advantages of a family minivan and a car for business trips. 118 units have been sold since the beginning of Grand Voyager sales in July.
